工作职责： 1.建立和保管学生档案 2.对学生进行专业性的学习指导 3.处理学生投诉，收集学生的反馈信息，并汇报给教学主管，协助准备教学材料及用具 4.协助举办教学部各项活动 5.负责语音实验室教学管理及值班，解答学生在实验室上课时出现的问题. 经验及资历要求： 1.英语专业毕业，TEM8 2.口语流利，发音标准，有教学经验者优先 3.熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，具有责任心和团队意识 4.有服务意识，良好的沟通、组织和管理能力 Job Description: 1.Assist in the foreign teacher‘s teaching;follow students and answer some questions they ask. 2.Deal with the complaint from the students, and gather the feedback; aid in preparing teaching materials and etc. 3.Set up and keep the students‘ documents. 4.Assist in our teaching activity—ECA. Requirement: 1.Bachelor‘s Degree, major in English, TEM-8 preferred, excellent speaking English and pronunciation . 2.Excellent expression in Chinese and English; Excellent English. 3.Good customer service consciousness. 4.Good team-cooperation. 5.Proficient in office ( word, excel, PowerPoint). |
